To process a return kindly send in a mail:
- Your package contains a return slip which must be filled and enclosed with the items, noting the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a refund (based on your form of payment).
- Buyer is fully responsible for processing return and paying return shipping fee
- Please note, customers outside the U.S. must include any and all commercial invoices (included with your return label) for items being returned
- Buyer must send an email to info@kendiscreations.com confirming a return will be made including the order number
- A return confirmation email will be sent, once we receive the package
